It's not fancy, but it was clean and worked well for a family stay. I'd recommend it.

2/10
The place is easy to reach, and could fit close to 20 people with the roomy upstairs and downstairs halls plus four bedrooms. But the pictures on Google and the website are very different from what we found, so ask for current photos and don't be taken in by the low price. The floor didn't look swept, let alone mopped. The mattress springs were broken, the sheets weren't clean, and the toilet was very dirty with lots of cockroaches. The ironing board didn't work, there seemed to be only one iron, and the bedsheet was too thin. The poor cleanliness was a real letdown for people coming to rest.

A nice homestay, with cool air conditioning, easy parking, and a sense of safety. Recommended.
