The room was basic but tidy, and having a window made the single room comfortable. I booked at short notice because I needed to fly from KL-Penang for a client, and the boss got back to me on WhatsApp right away. Staff also sorted out my requests to change the chair and provide an extension plug. When I asked for a 7AM wake-up call, the boss called me personally. I was very happy with the stay. Thanks, and wishing the business continued success.

I booked for two days, but the staff had forgotten my reservation. They then put me in a room that was terrible. I had clearly asked for a clean room, especially the bathroom, and it was very dirty. There was no responsibility taken for the booking mix-up. I left feeling completely discouraged.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the staff were friendly and polite. The boss was kind too. The place itself is simple and clean, and I really liked the room.

The staff were helpful, and the room access cards worked well. The room itself felt stuffy and far too small for RM117, with no TV, wardrobe, or proper space and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was cramped and looked old as well. I hope management takes these comments into account.

We chose the place because it was conveniently close to our function venue, and the service was good. The front desk staff were helpful, though the room didn't feel worth what we paid.
