This was the saddest day of my life staying at this hotel. I’d give it less than one star. We had no other choice at the time, and although it’s a budget hotel, the standard was awful. Our booking hadn’t mentioned that we’d have to share toilets. The toilets wouldn’t lock properly, had no hose, and the rain shower didn’t work. When we told the clerk, she said it had been that way for a long time. The bedsheet was in bad condition too. There’s no standard here that should qualify it as a hotel. The hospitality association should look into this as soon as possible. If the owner wants to run a business, they should do it properly, otherwise quit.

Really dissatisfied with this place. The bedsheet had lots of cigarette holes, the air conditioner leaked, and there was no host at the hotel to ask for help. The price was expensive for this kind of budget accommodation and service. There wasn’t even a sink in the toilet.

The receptionist was very impatient with me and charged an extra 3 ringgit tax, even though Booking. Com clearly said all charges and taxes were included. The AC was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. Never again.

The room has no window, no toilet, and no plug socket. There’s only one outside toilet available. On the plus side, it’s very cheap and clean.
