Really disappointing experience. They required the deposit in cash, which feels absurd these days, and the staff didn't seem interested in helping. The hotel seems very poorly managed.

The cheapest rooms are a bit tight, but they're decent enough for stays of several nights. They could improve the soundproofing, close up the gaps under the doors, and add hooks in the bathroom.

Parking costs RM7.00 a day, including the basement parking. My room was tiny and close to an air-cond room, so there was noise. The towel was very dirty.

The room was clean, the staff were polite and attentive, and housekeeping did a great job. In the bathroom, though, there was no towel hanger or soap holder, and the lighting could have been brighter.

One of the worst rooms I've had. The bathroom door was broken, the room smelled bad, and the hotel was dirty. The air conditioning was really poor, and I felt I'd wasted my money. Avoid this hotel.
