Anwar helped us check in, and his polite manner, warm smile, and kindness made us feel welcome. He didn’t say much, but his hospitality and professionalism really stood out. The rooms and pool were clean, spacious, and well cared for. We also loved the beautiful design throughout Chrisenbel Hideaway Retreat, and the kid-friendly setting made it a comfortable family stay. It’s a lovely spot to relax and take photos or OOTD content. My family and I had a delightful time, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Anwar, the Chief guest happiness officer, takes great care of the guests. The place has a distinctive, authentic feel, with thoughtful design, an open kitchen counter, and very clean surroundings. You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into the details. This was my second stay, and I’ll definitely pick it again for a short visit. It’s a quiet villa retreat away from the skyscrapers, while still close enough to city life. Highly recommended.

The host was easy to reach and friendly, which made everything go smoothly. It’s a peaceful place, just right for a relaxing break. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I’d happily recommend it for a cozy stay, and I’ll come back~

Getting to the parking was easy, and it was free. The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the Villa host was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and just the right size, with a modern interior that felt different from the usual designs. The toilets were clean, and the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Hope I can come back for another staycation.

First time trying the Double Patio, and I had a good stay. 😊 The upstairs room was pretty hot when I checked in at 3pm, so it’d be great if the air conditioning could be switched on earlier to cool it down before guests arrive. Rain on the roof also got quite loud and made it a bit hard for me to sleep. Thanks for the stay! 🤍
