The room was comfortable, clean, and really nice. The awkward part was returning and exchanging the cards. It would be much easier for guests if both cards could be left with the security guard downstairs.

There’s a loft in the room, so you can get up to shenanigans. The room itself was okay, and although it’s advertised for up to 6 people, we were only given 1 key card for building access. Maybe that works if everyone always travels together, but at a furcon it’s impossible. (The Armada next door. If you know, you know.) The guards weren’t much help either.

The location and view were good, and the high-rise building had a quiet environment. The host wasn’t friendly, and the WiFi kept cutting out. The TV channels didn’t work because the TV box was faulty, and it took more than 1 hour to fix. I also found hairs on the floor, so the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standard. The shower head was leaking too. Please fix it and make sure the room is properly maintained before guests arrive.

The toilet and sink smelled really bad, and the facilities weren’t good either. There was a long list of house rules, plus an RM200 deposit that was refunded late. The worst issue was the parking charge. It wasn’t mentioned, and when I asked how to waive it, the owner said “Park and Pay.” Why wasn’t that in the information? I don’t recommend staying here at all.
