GT Home Sunway Nexis

Even on a hot day, the place feels breezy and cool because of the airflow, except up on the rooftop. It’s a comfortable spot to take a break from a busy day. The washroom was clean and pleasant to use, despite how crowded the building gets with its mall connection and MRT access. There isn’t much to walk around and see nearby. It feels more like a small rest stop for lunch or meeting friends, with plenty of F&B options here and around the area.

The sky garden is on the second floor, above the ground and first floor retail shops, and there’s a block of offices and apartments above the development. It connects to the MRT station and has basement parking. Even at lunch it’s very quiet. There are only a few restaurants and a mini stage, but the high ceilings make it feel airy. There isn’t much else here.

I come here often for the weekly Team Malaysia cheerleading training. The basement parking is convenient, and since outside parking is always full, Sunway Nexis is a good alternative at an affordable rate. There’s a Kantan restaurant in the building, though I haven’t tried it, and Chinese restaurants outside. I usually wait for training to finish by relaxing at a Chinese restaurant.

Anthony was so helpful, supportive, and friendly while I hosted my event here. The service and the whole experience were awesome. The surroundings are comfortable, and the SkyGarden has a beautiful sunset view.
