There was nobody on duty when we arrived, and the hotel lobby was locked. None of the listed numbers answered, so we waited outside for about an hour until another renter let us in. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic, the lift wasn't working, and the room key had been left unattended on the reception desk.

I booked three nights but checked in and left within a few hours. The room smelled like feet, had visible mould on the ceiling, and there were pubic hairs on the floor and bed. The toilet seat was stained with urine when I arrived. It was unhygienic and nothing like the listing. I've booked plenty of hotels through Agoda, and this was easily the worst. I immediately booked somewhere else so I could feel clean and safe. I wouldn't recommend it unless they make serious improvements to cleanliness.

The hotel itself is great and the staff are fantastic. But they should be more careful about who they let in. Thugs have found a way to rob hotel guests by threatening them, and police can't be everywhere all the time. That's especially concerning in Malaysia, where tourism is a major source of income and hotels are everywhere, so the police can't keep up with all of them.

Couldn't check in because there was no night staff. I had to call around just to ask about it, and still couldn't get into the hotel. I asked agooda for a full refund, but they haven't even given me an update. Better to close this hotel.
