The staff were understanding and helpful, and the room was okay. But the elevator and wifi weren't working. Worse, there was no telco coverage in the first-floor room. Only a few TV channels worked, and their reception was very poor.

I found a condom on the floor! The TV had no signal, and the receptionist said they were having a problem with Astro, so my stay was boring and a waste of money. The location is good and there’s free wifi, but I’d never come back. Worst stay ever.

For a super-budget hotel, it's about what you'd expect, and it was good enough to sleep through the night. Some facilities could have been more usable, like the damaged doorknobs and poorly maintained elevator.

It's cheap, feels safe and is within walking distance of sunway mall. The rooms are small, and the washroom is very small too, with no basin. The TV gets all 12 malay channels. Fine if you only want somewhere to come and sleep.

A good place to santai. Mr. Taufiq is knowledgeable and made everything easy, always remembering to smile. Thanks, brother. And thanks too to their long-stay guest, whose name I can't remember, but whom I called Mr. Advice.
