The location is good, but the place is poorly maintained. There were small insects all over the room and the towels smelled. Totally disappointed.

It’s easy to get around from this strategic spot, close to the MRT station and Thompson Hospital. Daytime parking can be tough, but there’s plenty at night after nearby businesses close. The hotel has three floors and a lift, which is convenient. The deposit is only RM20, and the receptionist is polite and friendly. My room was comfortable and very clean. I liked how spotless the bathroom walls, sink and toilet were. They only provide a small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper, and there’s no drinking water, so bring your own. If you need hot water, the reception can boil some for you. There’s also an iron on the ground floor, in the corner by reception and the lobby.

The room condition was disappointing. The bedsheet was clearly dusty, the towel was poor and scratchy, and there was rubbish behind the curtains, which made it look like the room hadn't been cleaned. The location is good and the service was good too. The receptionist, an Indian woman, was really kind to customers.

The hotel's location is good, within walking distance of the LRT, and the room had cold AC and a hot shower. But the rest of the stay was beyond terrible. I'd give it less than zero if I could. I've travelled for years and usually pick budget places because I only need somewhere to sleep and shower and want to save money. This place ruined our trip and made me think I should pay more for my mental health. We booked and paid for two rooms for two nights, one double and one triple. We arrived well after the 2pm check-in time, but were told the triple room wasn't available because it had been rented by the hour. They said we'd have to wait an hour for those renters to check out. We went out and came back around 8pm, only to be told to wait another three hours because the renters were staying longer. We gave up and found another hotel. We checked into the double room because they said there would be no refund. Right outside our door was a storage area full of rat urine, with rats running around. The room itself had working AC and a hot shower, but they gave us a used roll of toilet paper, half empty, and we could smell rat urine much of the time. We asked to pay for one night and cancel the next, but they refused to refund us. The receptionist was the worst part. She was very rude and said she had the right to rent the triple room by the hour since we hadn't called to say we were coming, even though we'd booked and fully paid the day before. She told us we could complain all we wanted because she didn't care. Don't even think about booking here.
