Parc Hotel Pelangi Damansara

The TV in our Deluxe room was badly damaged, with more than half the screen dark. We could barely see the menu or make selections. We only expected basic local channels and didn’t need streaming, but the screen itself wasn’t working properly. Staff said day-use guests only get basic facilities, though a basic TV should still be in working order. This is a maintenance problem, not a difference between basic and premium. For a Deluxe room, it was unacceptable. We’d booked the room for a few hours and were charged RM5 tax at check-in. We understand tourism tax is usually RM10 per night, but weren’t sure how RM5 had been worked out for a short stay, and nobody at the counter explained it clearly. We hadn’t encountered this at other hotels, and the lack of clarity felt questionable. Whether it’s day use or overnight, facilities should be maintained and functional. The experience was disappointing and didn’t meet what we expected from a Deluxe booking.

Bismillah. Assalammualaikum. I don’t usually write long reviews, but this place moved me. It feels like more than a hotel, almost a gift. From the moment I arrived, I felt that **Allah had made the place magical from the very start.** There’s a different *vibe* here, so peaceful it feels like your stress melts away. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and *selesa*. I slept soundly, like being back in the kampung. You can tell the owners put their hearts into the building, and there’s so much *barakah* here. It feels like a little *syurga* on earth. And look for **Brother Hasif** if you stay. *Memang mantap.* He treats people like family, not customers, and his manners, his *adab*, are 10/10. He really understands serving others. May Allah bless the management and especially Brother Hasif for all their hard work. Recommended 100%. The rooms were comfortable for a short visit, and getting around was easy. The MRT station is close, with plenty of shops, eateries, and convenience stores nearby. A handy choice for access around the Damansara area.

The hotel had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the location was convenient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I appreciated the attentive service and would happily return and recommend it.
