It’s a fairly dense condo, but the elevators are reliable and the wait is short. Parking is expected to become paid as construction of the nearby mall moves ahead. The main hassle is the traffic jam when exiting onto LDP.

It doesn’t feel quite “exclusive,” but it’s relaxing and comfortable at home. There’s a swimming pool and gym on the second floor. At ground level, you’ll find laundry, a small restaurant, a mini market and Jaya Grocer.
