The dining area was spacious, clean, cool, and cozy, with a prayer room in good condition. I went for ifthar and found all sorts of food, including local, Western, and Japanese dishes, plus desserts and more. It tasted good, portions were generous, and they kept replenishing the food. Service was good as well, and the workers were responsive.

I liked having a corner room. It was more spacious than the others, with room for a sofa chair in the living area, and the scenery from the 27th floor was nice. I was in KL briefly for a work trip and had a comfortable stay with the necessary amenities. Breakfast and lunch for our work event were decent, too.

Nadjah at the front desk made check-in warm and easy. The hotel also handled its scheduled annual power shutdown test thoughtfully: although it barely affected my comfort, they left an apology card and a small reparation gift in my room. A few days before my birthday, I found a card and a slice of cake there too, without having asked for anything. Those gestures made the stay feel personal. Sheraton Petaling Jaya was attentive and sincere, and I felt valued. Alhamdulillah, it was a pleasant stay. I’d gladly return or recommend it. Thanks, Fakhrur Razi Ibrahim.

Our course at Sheraton Petaling Jaya ran from 9-11 February 2026, and the venue worked really well for a professional, productive meeting. The facilities were comfortable and well equipped. When my laptop had a problem, the staff responded quickly and professionally, so the session carried on without disruption. Mr. Aizat Feisal was especially attentive and proactive, and Mr. Husairi was helpful as well. Their support made a real difference. Thanks to the team for the excellent service. I’d recommend the venue for meetings and corporate events.

We celebrated our beloved boss’s birthday over lunch at Restaurant Feast. The food was delicious, and we had a great day. The staff gave very good service and were helpful and professional. En Rizal was especially friendly. Good job, En Rizal, and thanks to everyone. Keep it up.
