Swing and Pillows at PJ SS2

I ended up staying for several weeks at Swing & Pillows – PJ SS2 because the comfort, value, and location suited me so well. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is excellent. SS2 has plenty of food, shops, and essentials close by. Bus stops are about a block away, and I could get to most places by RapidKL buses, the free bus, or Grab. As a foreigner, I really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was. Muzzamil, Akmal, Shakib, and Fara were attentive and efficient, and sorted out my accommodation needs quickly and smoothly. I’d stay again.

There are night hawker stalls and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so the hotel is very convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. When I phoned the operator, he gave me my room number and told me to find the key at the desk myself. One thing they should address: the hair dryer has a Type A plug, so the hotel should provide an international plug or adapter.

Parking was hard to find, especially at busy times, but I still had a great stay at Swing & Pillow SS2 for 3 days and 2 nights. The room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get to nearby eateries. Akmal at reception was friendly and helpful, and made both check-in and check-out smooth. I’d recommend the place for comfort and good service in SS2.

SHAKIB at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the other staff were polite and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The location made it easy to travel to major spots. Breakfast had lots of choice and tasted delicious. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and I’d happily visit again and recommend the hotel.
