The room was clean, comfortable and nice, and this was my second stay because it’s so close to Idea Live Arena for concerts. There’s public parking and check-in is self-service. I’d give it five stars if the RM200 deposit came back faster. I waited over a week, though they said refunds take only 3-5 days.

Concert weekends at the mall next door bring awful traffic when you’re trying to get home, and the bass can be felt vibrating through the building. Since Idea Live opened, residents have had a hard time finding any peace during shows. Unless the developer deals with this issue with the neighboring tenant, potential residents should think again before moving in.

The construction noise is a problem for the whole neighbourhood. OCR has workers going day and night, even on weekends, public holidays and in the rain, with no apparent concern about the noise pollution. They’ve also damaged many roads and clogged the drainage 🙄

Why are your maincon/subcon digging up the road right in front of the construction site’s main entrance without anyone directing traffic? Drivers coming from jalan ss 2/2 into jalan 2/113 are being forced to reverse their vehicles because of the roadworks. And are your maincon/subcon staff paid so little that they can’t afford parking in 3 damansara, so they park all over the place in front of people’s houses and in the back lane?
