At check-in on 1/6/26 there was no towel. I requested one while we were out for lunch, and when we returned it was inside the room, which means our door had been opened. That didn't feel secure, especially since the door opens easily. Other rooms on that floor use cards, but ours used a key. The floor in our two-room apartment wasn't clean. The air conditioner in one master room was faulty; even after asking for repairs, it was still the same, and I was reluctant to wait around for the temperature to come down. The furniture was old, there was no hair dryer, the water heater was faulty and its temperature couldn't be adjusted, the kettle was rusty, and several lights didn't work. Definitely not going back. Not recommended.

We stayed two nights on the 3rd floor, and the hall on the 2nd floor had a function with music so loud it was really annoying and disturbing. The management should soundproof the hall. You could also hear people talking, walking, and running outside the room. No mineral water was supplied; they put a water jug on the table outside the room, macam kenduri, so you'd be better off buying water at a nearby convenience store. The building and furniture are old, and the wardrobe smelled a bit. You have to open the door before hanging clothes in the cupboard. It seems like a budget hotel, but the price isn't budget. I don't recommend staying when there's an event in the hall.

The building has been here for about 30 years, which may explain its run-down condition. All the staff were friendly, though, and we had a good time. It got eerily quiet after 8pm, even on the weekend, when occupancy seemed low.

My husband and I just needed a break, so we booked this hotel. It's clean enough and in a good location next to the beach, but maintenance was very poor. The hotel is old, and there was only one pillow per person, which made sleeping difficult. We asked for extra pillows and they forgot. There was no fridge, and the TV didn't work, though we were there to enjoy the outdoors, so that didn't matter much. Don't expect a nice breakfast if you can't tolerate spicy food and chili. Everything was spicy, so I just ate bread, and the food wasn't worth the price. On our last day there was no water supply, so we couldn't shower or go for breakfast. I hope the hotel refunds what we paid for breakfast. We definitely won't return. The hotel or resort needs new management and a lot of improvement.

We booked this resort for a family vacation with 8 pax and really regret it. The unit wasn't clean, and there were no fans, only air conditioning. One room's air conditioner had a problem. Room service didn't respond until we reported it to reception 3 to 4 times. Then a technician came but couldn't fix it, so we ended up with one standing fan for the room. The swimming pool wasn't clean, and the breakfast buffet wasn't very tempting. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights but were served the same menu for 2 days. The cafe wasn't clean either. We won't come back, and I don't recommend it.
