Having the iron outside the room also takes away some comfort and privacy. The room had just one cup for three guests, and staff refused even a simple request for another, which seemed unreasonable for such a basic item. I also had to provide RM50 in cash as a deposit despite paying online in full. That felt inconvenient and outdated, especially since they later waived the requirement, so it wasn't applied consistently. At RM126++, the price seems too high for a two-star hotel without breakfast. I think it should be around RM100. With the limited facilities and inconsistent service, I don't think it meets a three-star standard.

The staff made the stay feel welcoming. Even though we checked in late, two friendly, professional receptionists handled everything smoothly and reminded us about parking. When we checked out, another staff member asked kindly whether the room was alright and invited us to return. Those gestures really stood out. The room was comfortable temperature-wise because the air-conditioning worked well, but for RM128 a night the facilities felt underwhelming. Cleanliness was average, with a slightly dusty floor. The chocolate-colored headboard above the bed felt fragile and was starting to break apart, leaving dust behind. There was a noticeable crack in the still-functional sink, and the clean toilet looked old-fashioned and ready for an update. A few repairs and upgrades would make the place better value. The staff were definitely the best part of our stay, and we appreciated the warm welcome.

For a budget Hotel, it’s a decent option, especially on weekdays when it’s inexpensive. My room was cosy enough, with strong cool air-conditioning, a kettle, complimentary 3in1 coffee, soap and shower. The TV had good channels, and parking was ample. There’s a good Seafood restaurant right beside the hotel, a breakfast place nearby, and a self service Laundry here too.

We booked three bedrooms for one day, and were really disappointed. All three rooms had towels with blood stains, as if they hadn’t been washed. The plugs didn’t work, there was a moldy smell in the rooms, and the toilet light was broken.

The worst part was in the morning, when several men came banging on my door, calling out and trying to get in with their access card. It was frightening. I called hotel staff to come meet them, and they did, but hadn't seen what was happening earlier. There was public parking, but the hotel staff didn't offer to pay for it. The sheets had some stains, which was disgusting, and I also found a cockroach in the toilet.
