Having the iron outside the room also takes away some comfort and privacy. The room had just one cup for three guests, and staff refused even a simple request for another, which seemed unreasonable for such a basic item. I also had to provide RM50 in cash as a deposit despite paying online in full. That felt inconvenient and outdated, especially since they later waived the requirement, so it wasn't applied consistently. At RM126++, the price seems too high for a two-star hotel without breakfast. I think it should be around RM100. With the limited facilities and inconsistent service, I don't think it meets a three-star standard.
