They didn't clean the tiny room for 3 days during our 6days stay, which was super frustrating. I stayed all 6 days because I'd prepaid online and they wouldn't refund me. I would never stay here again in a million years.

There are lots of restaurants and cafes close by, and the hotel isn't far from the city center. I'll come back and stay again. The new decor is modern, and the rooms feel warm, with brand new, very comfortable bedding. The curtains block out all the light, even during the day.

The room felt smaller than I expected. It was cozy and had what I needed, but it was a bit tight. I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were welcoming, and the service was excellent. At times I felt uneasy about privacy. There were occasions when it seemed like an organization or police were rushing into the room, which left me less confident about security and privacy at the property. There's a bar beside the hotel.

The nearby food options made things easy, and the service was good. The room was clean enough, the aircon worked well, and there was hot water. I only stayed a few days and was too busy to take photos, but I’d come back next time.

A pleasant, cozy family-run hotel with clean rooms and excellent service. The location is convenient and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend it.
