I visited a relative here. There’s a view of a very big lake, and it felt like having a chalet near the beach. The rental is around rm500 minimum. The security guards are local residents from the residence committees, and they’re very strict at the gate.

The apartments have small floor areas, but the outdoor spaces are fairly reasonable and not too congested. Residents could improve how they handle rubbish and cleanliness. Being civil doesn't require wealth or a high level of education.
