PULSE GRANDE Hotel

The reception team remembered me when I came back from Borneo and brought out my suitcase before I even asked. I'd left it there while away for a couple of days, then returned for two more nights. The staff throughout were lovely and helpful, and getting a Grab to the shopping and restaurant areas was easy. I was comfortable in the room and bed, enjoyed the beautiful setting and good pool with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast offered lots of choice, including separate egg and omelette stations. I had dinner twice and both meals were delicious, as were the fresh juices. I'd come back.

I came with a friend for a meeting, and had a pleasant first visit. The lobby smelled fresh and welcoming, and the clean, comfortable room had a cozy, relaxing feel. Big thanks to everyone, from the bellman and front desk to housekeeping. I'll definitely come again. 👍✨

The breakfast is a highlight for me, with a wide selection of local dishes. The hotel is also well placed in Putrajaya, near the parks, Alamanda and IOI City Mall. Rooms are spacious, with a bathtub and a lovely garden view. There's a buggy to take guests to the parking area or park below, and guest parking is complimentary. I love everything about this place and recommend it for a staycation.

Getting to nearby attractions and amenities was easy from this conveniently located hotel, and my spacious, comfortable room made the stay pleasant. The check-in could have been more helpful, though. Since it was my first visit, I would've appreciated a quick explanation of the facilities. The staff member asked if I'd stayed before, but didn't then introduce or explain any of the amenities.
