I’m moving out after about two years here for personal reasons, and honestly I’m sad to leave. I lived in unit B-25-05, which has an amazing, attractive view, and you can even see KLIA from there. The location is really convenient, with supermarkets, shops, malls, clinics, car wash services, and pretty much everything you need close by. The condo feels very secure with face scanner access, which gives good peace of mind. The owner is kind and friendly, responds quickly, and sorts out any issues without delay. I really appreciate the support throughout my stay. Management is generally good, though their response speed could improve a bit 🙂. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay 👍.

The best part is the cheap parking, RM1.10 an hour. The car parks are quite full, I suppose lots of visitors park here and shop across at Alamanda. It’s not too shabby overall, though the block feels like a supersized shophouse. There are lots of vacant shops, How Mecure Hotel is really just glorified apartment units, and there’s no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Still, it was a simple but happy experience.

The management system is very bad. The parking sensors keep having problems, and security doesn’t seem to be under the house management. At night the guards sleep and aren’t at the car park entrance. When you need help at night, nobody handles the help button.

The unit we booked was clean and modern, more like a two-room apartment than a hotel room, so it suited a family stay. Swimming is available, though there aren’t many attractions around the area. Alamanda shopping centre is nearby, there’s plenty of parking, and the lobby and car park entrance are kind of around the back.

I only went to this building to pick up a passport, but it was an amazing place. The security was good, there were great restaurants and shops, and I enjoyed the view.
