The room was clean, and the service was very good. It was easy to find the location on the map. I loved the cool weather and beautiful, calming scenery. It felt like seeing a different side of Malaysia.

The room was nice, and the food at puteri nabalu was nice too, though a bit pricey. Sometimes the bathroom smells.

The location was easy to get to, and the view was decent. The building feels a bit dated, though, and the room smelled musty when we first walked in.

The view here is really beautiful. The cafe also has good food, especially if you're used to Peninsular Malaysian meals.

The family room had plenty of space, but the setup was very bare: no air conditioning, no TV, a fridge that didn't work, and just one fan in the hall. For 500 bucks for two nights, I don't think it was worth the price. The room lock also didn't feel like a proper security lock, so I felt seriously unsafe and would rate the room security 1/10. This was my first and last stay here. I won't return.
