Dragon Inn Floating Resort

I’d give this place -5 stars if I could. I tried booking a room through their email and was told in that same thread to pay by bank transfer. After I paid, they said their email had been hacked and they weren’t responsible for my loss. When we arrived at 9pm, there was no room, compensation, or discount. My friends and I were left stranded at night and had to find somewhere else to stay. I’ll never go there again. The hotel doesn’t care about its reputation or your well-being. Think twice before booking. A police report has been made.

I haven’t even stayed there yet. I’ve tried to get in touch to ask about a staycation before booking, by phone, WhatsApp, and email, but nobody has replied. How am I supposed to contact the hotel when none of those channels work? This is ridiculous. Do you even have a customer service department?

No Wi-Fi, the TV doesn’t work, and the old air conditioner was extremely noisy, so I had to change rooms. There was no coffee or tea in the room, and no phone to call reception. 2/10.

For what you get, a night here feels too expensive. There’s no breakfast, and the room has a water heater but weak water pressure. The air conditioner cooled the room, though there was no remote. The room was more spacious than two people needed, and its walls and toilet were all wood. At low tide, the area smelled, and karaoke from the nearest restaurant made it loud.
