Nusakuya Resort

We spent 4 days and 3 nights here and found it a relaxing getaway. The food was excellent, and we liked sitting on the restaurant deck to watch the sunset before dinner. The view is beautiful when the weather cooperates. The water is exceptionally clear, with fish visible just below the steps, and you might even spot turtles. Resort Manager Mr. Hanif was friendly and helpful, and gave my son a medical kit when he had a sore throat and fever. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the stairway down to the sea was a big hit with my kids. We had tasty seafood at all three meals each day, and the chef deserves six stars for the seafood he cooked. It’s already got us thinking about a second trip. The staff were charming, friendly, and helpful, and we got to see a mesmerizing view. Alhamdulillah, our 3 days and 2 nights at Nusakuya Resort were fun and memorable. Thanks again. (Ben & Azila JB)

We were thrilled to watch several turtles feeding on seagrass right beside the café. They were easy to see swimming underwater, and my wife and I were so excited. Our 2 days and 1 night stay was great, with lunch, dinner, and breakfast included. The room was comfortable, even with a portable air conditioner. If seeing turtles swim is what you’re after, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at Nusakuya twice and would gladly return. It’s peaceful, with cleaner water and less noise since it’s away from the jetty at Semporna. Turtles come by the resort at night, and I could watch them for hours. The food is good, and I always look forward to dinner, when all the guests get a few dishes with rice. Haniff, the resort manager, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond. Alhamdulillah, thanks to the staff and admin @ Nusakuya for the wonderful service.
