The main drawback is very limited parking. Otherwise, it's a nice place to rest, with restaurants nearby and a 24-hour 7eleven convenience store right beside the hotel. It's easy to walk around, and the hotel is near the Semporna public jetty, where locals take boat taxis to villages on the islands. Soap, shampoo and toothbrush were provided, and both the air-conditioning and hot shower worked well.

There was no Wi-Fi, and there was NO WATER at the hotel, but they checked me in anyway. They told me to walk to their other hotel branches whenever I needed the toilet. They refused to cancel my reservation, so I had to deal with it myself through my credit card company.

The room for three was clean and had great amenities, plus a perfect balcony view. The elevator was available, and the staff were friendly. Food, souvenirs and the jetty are all within walking distance. Full stars from me.

We used the laundry service and it was very cheap, with a great result. The place also worked well for our diving trip. It's clean accommodation at a reasonable price, with very clean rooms that felt safe and prices that were fair compared with nearby places. We had a nice view too. Highly recommended!
