I booked a homestay with 3 leaf homestay through booking.com, where the terms say there's no refund for cancellations. At the last minute, they asked me to cancel, saying the house had a water leak and an electricity problem. I asked them for proof before cancelling, but they said they couldn't provide any. I tried calling to verify, but they didn't answer and have now even switched off their phones. My money hasn't been refunded, and I can't get in touch with them. They have several homestays in i Dputra.

I've stayed here three times and usually love the place, though the parking can be confusing. This time was awful. They gave me a damaged room, 4-18, which shouldn't be sold. There was no TV, the fan was noisy, the stove and chair were broken, and the door wouldn't lock because the lock battery was dead. My son nearly fell off the broken chair. There was no ironing board for my shawl, and the room was very dusty. Management took a long time to respond and still did nothing, and we had to check out early.

Everything was ready and thoughtfully arranged, and the home felt very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A peaceful, spotless place to stay. I'd highly recommend it.

Room 4-18 shouldn't be sold at a high price. It had no TV or ironing board, the stove and chair were broken, and the fan made a loud washing-machine-like noise. The security door had no batteries in its lock, either. A really bad experience.

The car park is a maze, but the security staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are good and the pool is nice.
