The front looks good, but the back is awful. The place smells bad, even the elevator smells like garbage, and cleanliness is poor. The people living here act as if they're buying an apartment rather than a house. Small things get made big and big things get played down. If you rent here, be careful. It's really bad.

I'm looking for a house to rent in Bandar Putra Kulai. Is there one available here?

They don't tell you the rules when you rent, then once you're living here they bring up lots of them. It's awful that we rent and aren't the owners, and even if the owner is a tape, we can buy a dryer all. The cleanliness is really poor: the elevator smells bad, the garbage disposal and cargo lift are dirty, and the corridor looks as though it never gets swept or cleaned. They say it's a luxury apartment, but there's nothing inside. Parcels and raincoats have gone missing, and the cleaner, a guy who likes to wear headphones, seems to leave the place as it is. Management only seems to think about the owners, and some owners act like people who buy full apartments there are crazy. There's already a dengue fever case, and soon more people may get sick because clothes have to be hung indoors without direct sunlight.
