Room 31, the family room, was in very poor shape. It was dirty, with dust still visible on and under the bed, and the sink was dirty too. The water flow wasn't smooth and the air conditioning was slow. The window on the 3rd floor had no lock, so be extra careful if bringing children. I had a baby and a toddler with me. There was no rubber mat outside the bathroom, which is dangerous for kids.

I checked in yesterday morning and was very disappointed by how dirty the room was. The bedsheet and blanket had already been used and had sperm spots. There was no LCD or television, and the WiFi password didn't work. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo, and its door lock was broken. Dust came out when I turned on the air conditioner, and the towel they gave me had holes in it.

I couldn't sleep, worried about safety: the entrance lock didn't work, so anyone could enter from outside. The bathroom had no lock and was dirty, with urine stains. The interior was shabby, the towel was torn and very dirty, and the room was infested with bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There's no standard here. All the facilities were spoiled, and they couldn't even provide simple room service. The room was uncomfortably warm because the air conditioning temperature control kept cutting off. The TV didn't work, the toilet door wouldn't lock, and with no floor mats the whole room got very wet after bathing. The room service staff were uncooperative.

The price was affordable, but the toilet was a definite no for me. We booked through the OYO app and the hotel cancelled because we arrived late. Breakfast wasn't included, so you'll need to find a food stall nearby. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
