The TV remote was there, but there was no signal. The Wi-Fi was awful, and the room was dirty. First and last time for me.

I only booked one night because I had an early flight. The room was crawling with cockroaches and ants, so I asked to move. At first I was told the hotel was full, but after I insisted, a room suddenly opened up. That one had cockroaches and ants too. The blocked sink made everything stink, and the staff were rude and completely uninterested. Their solution was to hand me bug spray. The room was a five metre box, so I had to keep the door and window open. The corridors stank of body odour, and some of the staff did too. The bed had stains and tiny hairs all over it. Honestly, I’d rather have slept in a tent by the road. I have no idea how they get away with this. Disgusting experience, avoid it.

September 2024. The room was okay and everything worked, but the air conditioning didn’t feel cool enough. I checked the filter and it was dirty. Please clean it, customers are paying for the room.
