The reception staff were friendly, and check-in and checkout were both easy. My room was comfortable and fairly well equipped, with very strong shower pressure. There's no complimentary coffee or tea, and no food or drink outlets in the block itself, though Lotus's is close by. KTM Senawang station is nearby too, and the location is very close to Senawang toll plaza.

The queen bedroom now costs 90 ringgit, a reduced price that makes it a budget-friendly option for anyone wanting comfortable, affordable accommodation. It could suit a weekend break, a work trip, or simply a place to rest. A nice stay at a price that's easier on the wallet.

I'm a solo traveler, and I've been coming here since 2016 because the hotel has an elevator. The rooms are large and the bed is spacious. My stay on August 21-22, 2022 was terrifying, though. The room was awful, and I decided not to come back. In April 2024 I tried again last week, since there's still an elevator, and was surprised to find the hotel renovating. A smart move. I'd rate the room I got 6/10. The pros: king-size bed, new air conditioning, free drinking water, body soap, a mirror in the room, clean toilet, elevator, and a friendly receptionist. The problems: the blanket was ugly and had too many holes to count. There was a big TV but no remote. The bath mat didn't absorb water at all, so the floor felt a bit slimy underfoot. The room door didn't feel secure, and of the two pillows, only two were okay, but very thin. There's no soundproofing. I'll keep coming back as long as the room stays clean. It's 90 ringgit a night.
