The room was spacious, but the hygiene was unacceptable during my recent stay with my family. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and insect droppings on both the sink and toilet flush, a serious red flag for guests, especially families with kids/babies. Tiny red ants were on the bed, and moth pupae were stuck to the walls. It made us very uncomfortable and seemed clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. I urge management to deal with these cleanliness issues right away. Until then, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel has excellent access, plenty of public parking nearby, a big room, and an unbeatable price. But Room 102 had several issues: the air conditioning was very slow, and toilet smells came into the room. The bidet leaked, and the shower head leaked onto the ceiling.

There were bugs in the room, no tissues, and the toiletries hadn't been prepared properly. Management should improve things. We paid RM164, but the room wasn't worth that, and I was very disappointed.

Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is just behind the back lane of Billiom Supermarket, which feels a bit creepy and gets busy with lorries unloading goods. You'll need two cards, one for the main hotel entrance and one for your room. The furniture is a little old but still sturdy; the LCD TV has basic channels and the air conditioning gets really cold. For the Agoda price, I can't praise this 1 star hotel enough. Thumbs up.

For the price, it was very economical, with friendly staff, ample parking, secure access, and all the basic amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were big and clean, and the bedding was clean too. The room was almost soundproof, and the electronic appliances were new, including the AC, TV, and water kettle. Parking isn't accessibility friendly. My tip: book through OYO or Agoda for good deals.
