The staff called the cops, or the “moral police,” to raid their own customers because they thought the customers weren't married. That's staff snitching on the people they're supposed to serve, or on their own company. If you're unmarried and looking for somewhere to stay overnight, watch out. Staff, don't snitch on the place you work for.
We spent one night with two children in a family room. The staff were friendly, but the room was quite small. The toilet towel rack was broken, and the exhaust fan and air conditioner were really dusty. There was no shower soap unless you asked, and the hair dryer was broken, so we had to request one from the counter. You need to ask the counter for everything.
We tried to walk in, but staff immediately said the hotel doesn't accept walk-in guests. There were rooms available, but we had trouble booking online and had enough cash with us. They still refused to give us a room, so we ended up going to Geo Boutique Hotel.
At RM90 a night, this is a decent budget hotel for somewhere to spend the night, though prices may change in peak season. It isn't perfect, but it does what it's meant to.
The room was clean and the bathroom spacious, but the location is too far out. There's not much going on nearby, and most of the shop lots are abandoned.
