At RM125 per night, this hotel is very affordable. My room was much more spacious than I expected, well equipped, clean, and in great condition, so it was comfortable to stay in. Parking was a bit inconvenient because it’s far from the hotel, and the sink faucet was loose. Those were minor issues. I thought it was very good value for the price.

There’s plenty of storage, and the layout feels open rather than cluttered. I also appreciated the desk and chair for using a laptop or getting some work done. With two large beds, the room works well for a family or group, and the beds looked comfortable with fresh linens. The space is clean, modern, and roomy, with a simple, practical design. Wood floors and light furniture make it feel warm, while the bright lighting isn’t harsh. The décor is quite bare, though, so compared with a more luxurious stay it can feel plain and not especially homey. Still, it’s comfortable and good value for anyone who cares more about space, cleanliness, and function than frills.

I’ve returned to this hotel many times because the rooms are clean and reasonably priced. But some rooms have air conditioners that don’t cool properly, making it hard to rest. Today I was still asleep in the morning when a housekeeping staff member opened my door without permission, then knocked once more. It seriously disturbed my privacy and rest. Staff should check which rooms are occupied before starting their duties. That felt unprofessional and fell short of the service I used to trust. I hope the hotel reviews its procedures and trains staff better so this doesn’t happen again.

The room was clean and comfortable for our two adults and two kids, but there were only two cups in the family room. We stayed two nights, on 22 and 23 Dec 2026, and had no free parking. The parking, lobby, and room are quite far apart. Housekeeping had to be requested, and the coffee bar wasn’t replenished for the second night. Water was only provided on request. There was no door tag to ask for housekeeping or indicate do not disturb. The phone was useless for calling reception. Before going up, ask reception to check that your key card works. This was my second stay, and both times we had to go back down to get the card changed. The staff weren’t apologetic at all, as if the faulty card was my fault.
