The location worked well, with attractions and places to eat nearby. My room was spacious, tidy, and well cared for, and the staff were consistently polite and willing to help. Check-in was quick and easy. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to visitors in the area.

At Kino Hotel, the shower was a real problem: the temperature kept changing and the shower head didn't work properly. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed promptly. I also extended my stay by 4 hours, yet the electricity was cut off at exactly 4:02 PM, leaving me without power and making things very inconvenient. I hope management fixes these problems so future guests have a better experience.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I'll come back again.

There was always free parking right in front during my stay. You can also pay to park through the 'Flexi parking' app. The room and bed were really comfortable, and the toilet was clean. They had an ironing board and water dispenser outside the room, and the staff were very helpful. A good place for travelers to stay.

At this budget hotel, the rooms are good and the staff are humble and welcoming. It's in a prime location, so I'd recommend it if you're after an affordable stay.
