I've been staying around Shah Alam hotels for the past 2 years because I have a class here every two weeks. My favourite cheapo hotel in seksyen3 closed, so I slept here instead. You wouldn't guess from outside, but this is a nice hotel. No mystic disturbance, green flag! It's surrounded by affordable restaurants and convenience stores, and the price is still within range for us poor peeps. I'll come back next semester.
The bed was comfortable and I liked how strong the water pressure was. The room is small, but just right for two. I liked it.
It's fine as a place to sleep, but don't expect much. The amenities aren't well maintained: the shower only gives hot water for 1 minute, and the air conditioning doesn't cool even when set to 21 degrees C. A plus is that lots of places to eat are within walking distance. Treat it as somewhere to bunk in and head out.
Please call me as soon as possible. Your side cancelled my booking during check-in, even though it had been confirmed and paid for. No one has picked up the phone. The service and attitude are terrible. Refund my money immediately. I'm waiting for an explanation, and I'll file a police report and report this to the kementerian perdangangan.
The room is always fragrant and very clean. The hotel is very good and really cheap, not expensive.
