Staff made the stay pleasant by acting quickly when issues came up, and they seemed well trained and prepared. I also want to recognize Amirol, who was quick to help, suggested practical solutions, and showed real care for guests. I rate the facilities 9 out of 10 for the hotel's capacity, and give Laman Green an 8.9 out of 10 overall. The amenities and public areas were clean, functional, and easy to use for a short business or leisure stay. The rooms were comfortable and ready when I arrived. The interior felt modern and cozy, and the public spaces were clean and well kept. I got a warm welcome, which set a nice tone. Booking online was straightforward, with prompt confirmation and clear information. The payment and check-in instructions were easy to follow, so arriving was stress-free. The front desk team was polite and attentive, handled requests quickly, made check-in smooth, and shared useful local tips. I had a comfortable, well-managed stay at Laman Green Sek7 Shah Alam, and would recommend it to travelers looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel with helpful staff.

There are breakfast stalls just a short walk away in the morning, so you don't need to travel far. Food and shopping are also close by, and the location near UiTM Shah Alam helps you avoid heavy road traffic. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room and the staff were nice, especially for the lower price. There are lots of good food choices and shops nearby, and the area itself was great.

The staff were really nice and helpful. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and getting to the city and a mall is easy.
