The room felt clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a five-star standard that made the stay really pleasant. Even the reception area was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the design throughout felt thoughtful. Highly recommended.

The TV was almost useless, with no channels and very poor picture quality. The room was also tiny and dirty, and the bathroom design let water splash into the main room. Then they took money from my deposit over a supposedly dirty bedsheet, though I hadn't caused it. That felt completely unfair and unprofessional. I won't stay here again.

The area is fairly convenient, with a Shell garage a short walk away and a shopping mall not too far. We stayed one night in a Premium Deluxe room, but it was shabby and didn't feel premium or deluxe at all. The hotel needs maintenance. If you're not fussy, it may be okay for a single night.

Comfortable, and conveniently close to the Kesas hiway. There are mamak spots and cafes nearby, along with mcD and Aeon Big market.

We booked several rooms for one night because our family had a big day the next day. When the water problem couldn't be fixed, management offered no alternative and told us customers had to take responsibility for these kinds of events. In the end, we had to work out a solution ourselves for the water shortage. We also had trouble getting the security deposit refunded. Very poor management, and not professional in handling problems. I expected better service.
