The man at reception was rude throughout my stay. He had no hotel uniform on, just a black Adidas coat for both days, and never smiled. Check-in also took a long time. The tax charge was another problem: my booking already included 10 Malaysian dollars in tourism tax, so I explained that I only owed 5 Malaysian dollars for the environmental protection tax. He initially asked me for 10 Malaysian dollars. When I questioned it, I paid 5, and he got angry and loudly said two words. This left a terrible impression of the hotel. If he was having a bad day, he shouldn't take it out on guests. I didn't travel and book a hotel to be treated that way. Thank you.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the size was fine. It's a nice budget hotel and I'd recommend it. I'll see how breakfast is tomorrow morning.

The bathroom setup made sharing a room uncomfortable. The toilet glass is semi-transparent, the door has gaps, and the toilet bowl faces the door directly, so it doesn't offer much privacy. I was also disappointed that there were no prayer mats, the carpet had lots of stains, and the bedsheet wasn't fitted properly.

I won't stay here again. I paid on 2 January, but reception didn't give me a receipt. At checkout, they tried to charge me a second time because the night shift hadn't recorded my payment. Guests shouldn't have to deal with staff coordination mistakes. This was unprofessional and the reception handled it very poorly.

Breakfast is RM18 per person, which is okay. I liked the room, but why is the top part of the toilet door missing? My roommate can hear me using the toilet.
