The room never felt comfortable, and the bedding was worn. The air-conditioning also wasn’t working well. For what we pay, I expected a clean, comfortable room that was properly looked after, but that wasn’t what I found. I’d urge anyone thinking of booking to read recent reviews and do their research first. Similar complaints seem to have come up before, with little sign of improvement. Management should take that feedback seriously and deal with recurring problems to maintain service standards and guests’ confidence. I hope they make real improvements to the facilities and guest experience. Until then, I’d advise potential guests to be cautious. Customers should be able to expect comfort, quality service, and value for their money.

The air-conditioning hadn’t been serviced, and it was so hot I couldn’t sleep. Why keep taking bookings? The hotel’s a mess, and the staff weren’t friendly. Don’t come here.

I’m asking for a full refund, and Agoda/OYO should suspend bookings for this property until the problems are fixed. I wouldn’t stay here, especially in Room 207. The state of it was a health risk, and my throat still burns after breathing in the mold. I’m worried it could cause respiratory problems. As soon as I opened the door, a foul mold and mildew smell hit me. The room was filthy, with stained sheets, rotting walls, and thick black mold on the curtains. It’s shocking that rooms in this condition are being rented out. The staff said they’d reported the issues to management several times but had been ignored. They couldn’t offer us another room. This feels like negligence, and no paying guest should have to deal with a hazard like this.

The staff were unfriendly and no help, so I wouldn’t consider this suitable for families. Our room smelled strongly of smoke and was visibly dirty, with cobwebs all over. There was no bathroom ventilation either, and the unpleasant odor spread into the room.

Please read other guests’ comments before booking, or you may regret it. I can only give this hotel one star. It needs better room maintenance and room service. Sorry to say that, but I hope they make improvements for customers staying next year.
