SPOT ON 89907 Motel Impian

This was the cheapest of all the hotels I booked on Agoda. They provided a blanket and towels even though I'd brought my own because of what a review said. The facilities all worked. The toilet was a little dusty and could be cleaner, but I can't complain much for what I paid.

At 8.30pm, after I reached the hotel, I was told the room I’d booked didn’t actually have its own toilet or shower, despite the pictures and room details showing them. I had to cancel at the last minute. The photos weren’t family-friendly either. This felt like a scam motel. The service was the worst I’ve had in my life. Please avoid it if you’re travelling with family.

We’d paid a few days ahead for a basic room with a bathroom, but when we arrived they said those rooms were full and put us in a room without one for the same price. Since it was late, we couldn’t find another motel. The shared bathroom was disgusting, as expected. The owner couldn’t be reached, the staff weren’t cooperative, and we couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Very poor customer service.

They upgraded my dorm booking to a single room without a bathroom. It was comfortable, and the toilet facilities were fine. If they offer a monthly rate, I’d like to stay again while working from home.
