During a lift blackout, there was no help available. The lights and intercom weren’t working, and I was lucky that a phone signal suddenly came through so I could call my friends. The emergency response and communication system needs improvement. The emergency exit was also closed. For your information, customer service and security aren’t fully available online. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location was convenient, with major attractions and transport nearby. Inside, everything felt clean and modern, and the room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and the necessary amenities. Staff were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It also had a relaxing atmosphere that suited a peaceful getaway.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a shopping mall next door with lots of food outlets and a good variety of options.

The room felt like home as soon as we opened the door, with lots of space, nice beds, and a really pleasant bathroom. I had my best sleepover and wished I could stay longer. The staff were friendly and understood our situation, and I felt very welcome. I was also impressed by the artistic paintings around the hotel. Thanks so much, Artul. Hope to see you again on our next visit to KL. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, even though we were only there for one night.

The room was very clean, on par with the five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, and the bed was great and comfortable. I paid RM155, with a RM50 deposit required. The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone. The room wasn’t soundproof, though. I only stayed one night and wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely come back, and I hope they keep up this quality.
