We spent a week here and had a relaxing stay, thanks to the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The rooms are super comfortable, with great views from the higher floors, and there's an elevator entrance to the parking lot if you're driving. The hotel is right in central Taiping and has an entrance into one of the malls. Its pool on the sixth floor is a nice spot away from traffic noise. The large restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet with something for everyone, though the coffee machine was just okay for us. Right across the road is a popular local food market for authentic dishes. Thanks to the staff for a lovely week.

The hotel feels a bit dated, but it's above average for a small town and I'd stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of marked spaces for hotel guests on level 6, though they can be a little narrow for a bigger SUV. The location is good, right in the middle of the town centre.

The room was super clean and had a spectacular view, and the front desk staff were so helpful. We needed to download a GPS map to our Garmin bike computer using the hotel's business Centre, and the IT guy there was incredibly kind, patient and professional. I think his name was KC Lim. Such a nice hotel and service. We'll have to come back to this lovely town.

The room was clean and quiet despite the hotel being next to the main road, and the lady manager who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We had an awesome, mesmerising mountain view, but be sure to get the lake view. The beautiful Taiping Lake is very close. Parking is plentiful and free, and the hotel sits above a mall with a supermarket, fast food and ZUES Coffee. Good location.

The lake, town and mountain views from the room were lovely, and getting around was easy. Larut Matang Hawker Centre and Taiping Lake Gardens are both within walking distance. There’s also a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, with Pacific Supermarket handy for groceries and snacks. Our Premier Suite was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a bathtub and two bathrooms. It felt like good value, and I’d stay here again when I’m in Taiping. Hotel guests can park free indoors on Level 6 of the car park.
