Expats Nook Beach Resort

After an hour and a half, we still had no food and only some of our drinks, so we finally paid for what we’d had and left. The manager offered an empty apology when I told him how poor the service was. We’d waited after arriving for menus, then for someone to take our order. One of us eventually had to go to the bar to place it. We got two beers, then walked back to order a couple more. After another 20 minutes with no drinks, I asked at the bar what was going on and complained to management. The extra beers eventually arrived, but nothing else. Only then were we told that two dishes we’d ordered weren’t available. We waited again, got one more drink, and still no food. They couldn’t say how much longer it would take. The staff were very bad, and the place wasn’t comfortable either. Prices are high. I rarely tell people to avoid somewhere, but this service was absolutely ridiculous.
