We had to check in at 4 pm and leave by 11 am, which felt like an unusually short stay. The owner also kept RM300 from our security deposit, saying we'd exceeded the garage vehicle limit, even though the extra vehicles were only motorcycles. After collecting the deposit at check-in, he applied what seemed to us like ridiculous rules and refused to return the money. It felt like a huge scam, and I wouldn't say this place is worth staying at. I hope nobody else has this experience. I saw other negative reviews here, but made the mistake of not reading them closely before booking on Airbnb. I hope anyone who finds this homestay on Airbnb sees my review.

I thought I'd booked a house, but ended up with a list of house rules longer than a wedding speech after paying the deposit. No freedom, no fun, just stress. The owner treats the place like Buckingham Palace and micromanages you. If that's what you want on holiday, go ahead. Otherwise, run. Nonsense! 🙂

The location was the one good part of the stay. The living room is crammed with dusty furniture and decor, and the owner seems to use the house to store old pieces. Curtains don't cover all the windows, the sofa cover is dirty, and some rooms smell. The unit feels run down and needs a lot of work, though whether it gets renovated depends on the owner. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family. Staying there was disappointing.

The room, toilet, balcony, and sofa were all very dirty, and there was a bad smell inside. The air conditioner temperature couldn't be adjusted because all the remotes were broken. Think carefully before staying here.
