We enjoyed the property and its location, but several things weren’t kept up during our week there. We didn’t want to bother management, so we worked around the problems. Oddly, no one asked us to clean the room during the stay. It would’ve been a four or five star stay for us if the management had been better, but we’re giving it three.

The apartment is large and the location is great, but our unit was badly managed. One toilet had no hot shower, the lighting wasn’t properly fixed, and water clogged up while showering. There was also a bad smell coming from the seated toilet, even when it hadn’t been used, and it spread into the bedroom. We used room spray to cover it. The sofas were dirty, and I couldn’t tell whether they might have bed bugs. Bring your own toiletries and towel. There wasn’t fresh toilet paper for new guests either. The aircon remote didn’t work. When we asked, the host told us to buy toilet paper and batteries at the mart downstairs and said he’d reimburse us. After checkout, he blocked our number when we followed up. Our unit was A-10-3, and the owner is Leong Ka H**. The host experience seems to depend on luck. I wouldn’t stay here again unless you’re okay with getting less value and dealing with a lot of hassle.

The guards were kind and helpful, and when we asked to have the air conditioner repaired, someone came and fixed it. The place was clean and had no insects. We enjoyed the beautiful beach view, especially at night. Services were available, and it was a nice place for my family and me. I’d stay here again when I return. It’s worth trying.

There’s a pool and 24-hour security, plus two parking spots. The luxury apartment is on the 23rd floor in the Quay area, with a view, two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and 1,200 square feet of space.
