This was my second stay, and I unexpectedly got a free upgrade from a premium twin to a family room. The hotel is cozy and clean for the price, and the shop lots downstairs are a bonus. Thanks for the hospitality. I'll definitely come back.

The friendly staff and convenient location made I Vista Hotel a comfortable base for exploring Tawau. It's a modest-sized hotel, which gives it a welcoming, intimate feel, and local attractions and amenities are easy to reach. For a small place, it delivers quality accommodation and personal service. A great choice for visitors who want to be well situated.

The Signature King room was modern, clean and very comfortable, with a big bathtub and flat-screen TV. It's on the two floors above KFC at the Garden City and has a lift. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs, including Dozo, Kopi Bing, Zus and Bask Bear, as well as Bataras and Guardian for convenience shopping. The hotel sent clear directions and a short check-in video by WhatsApp on the day, and the counter staff were responsive. In my opinion, it's one of Tawau's best. Getting a cab nearby was tricky at around 5 pm on a weekday.

Small, but worth it for the price. It's modern, super clean and near places to eat. Check-in was very quick. It's on the second floor, with a lift.
