I arrived late in the evening and only needed the room to shower and sleep. The hotel has free parking out front. There were stains all over the pillowcase, though, and at this price I think you could find somewhere cleaner.

The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and the staff were attentive and friendly from check-in through departure. Angsoka Hotel is also handy for getting to town attractions and local places to eat. We had a comfortable, peaceful stay and found the service very good. I'd recommend it for a work trip or a holiday.

The room was roomy, and customer service was okay, but quite a few things let the stay down. We weren't told when booking that our room had no windows, and without breakfast either, I don't think it was worth the price. The pool is there, though proper clothing may be required for entry. Some room equipment didn't work well, including the hair dryer and TV. The air conditioner temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it seemed like the unit hadn't been serviced for a while. On the plus side, the hotel is near town and eateries, with plenty of free parking. Thanks for the accommodation.

We had a comfortable stay, and the family suite gave us plenty of room. The people there were friendly and made things convenient for us. We had a great time celebrating Merdeka Day with friends. Hearing Sudirman, Tanggal 31 Ogos gave it a really patriotic feel. They were kind and supportive about letting us keep the celebration going, even though it was meant to stop at 11pm. I'm grateful, and sorry if our noise disturbed other guests. Happy Merdeka Day to everyone.

A simple hotel with family rooms. It's room only, with no cafe or breakfast.
