The view was amazing, and our room was clean and well looked after. I was there with a friend this weekend, and the staff were always around and happy to help. When we had trouble with the ferry, they did everything they could for us. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Tioman, and I highly recommend it.

We got a seaview chalet, and for the price it’s five stars. The room is small, but everything is nice and well maintained. There are lots of games in the lobby if you get bored. We went on a weekday to avoid the crowds, though it did feel quite boring at night.

The rooms are a little old, but everything works, and the place is well organised. The hotel is so peaceful and relaxing, whether you’re lounging in a hammock all day or watching the red sunset by the beach when it’s not cloudy. There’s a new breakfast to discover every day, with lots of options. I rented a kayak for 25RM/day and had an amazing time on these coral-filled waters. You can also get snorkels or finns. The staff are lovely, always smiling and ready to help. Great facilities and super staff, highly recommend.

The slow Wi-Fi in our room was a downside, and there weren’t many options at the breakfast buffet, although the fish fillet was really good. One of the lamps kept blinking, but the receptionist sent maintenance right away to fix it. We had a clean, spacious, comfortable room and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and friendly reception staff. It’s a hillside chalet resort with ocean views and cottage rooms among lush gardens, just a five minute walk from the jetty. For a cheap 2-star hotel, I was surprised the staff picked us up at the jetty. The lobby has board games to pass the time, and reception kindly helped arrange an activity. At checkout, they took our luggage and drove us to the jetty with a warm goodbye. I’d recommend staying here for the comfort and friendly staff. It was a pleasure meeting them.
