Our host Mei was super helpful, and we had a great stay in a family room right on the beach. It was so easy to step straight out to the ocean. Juara Beach is the 21st best beach in the world! The room had a mini fridge, kettle, updated bathroom, and a good sized TV with Netflix, which the kids used once. The beds and pillows were firm, and the AC and ceiling fan kept us cool. We could sleep in because the curtains blocked the light. There were a few ants in the back kitchen area, but not many. It's a bit rustic in that respect, and we'd absolutely stay again.

Juara Ocean Chalet has the charm of a rustic, family-run place, and the views and beach are incredible. The hospitality was easily the best I've experienced. They helped arrange taxi transfers, excursions, and laundry, and made us feel welcome the whole time. This place also has deep roots with a wonderful family who love Juara and Tioman. I'd give it more stars if I could. Stay here, you'll have an amazing time!

The beach just outside the room is beautiful, and the room was comfortable for our family with kids. It came with a small fridge, a TV with Netflix, and a hot water shower. A couple of things to keep in mind: Juara's jetty is about 800m from the room, so you'll need to walk with your luggage. Food options are around the chalet, roughly 50m away.

We felt right at home here. The chalet was clean and right next to the beach, and the hosts were warm and incredibly helpful. During heavy rain one night, we couldn't get food, so they picked us up and served us at their restaurant. At the end of Ramadan, all the restaurants were closed in the morning, and they brought us instant noodles to tide us over until lunch. When sandflies bit me, they gave me pills for the itching. 1000/10, I'd definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much!

May replies super fast and was very accommodating. I stayed five nights and asked for my room to be made up, which they did without any issue. The room was spacious for one or two people, with a nice bathroom and a hot showerrrr. It was so peaceful around this chalet. There's a hot kettle, so bring water, coffee, or a cereal drink before you reach Juara Beach, though there are plenty of stores in the area. Amazing experience! The view from my balcony was lovely.
